Ingredients
4 cups day old French bread, cut into cubes
1/2 cup Wild Mushroom Sage Olive Oil
1 Tbs kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
Peheat oven to 375.
In large bowl, toss bread cubes with olive oil, salt and pepper. Once bread is evenly coated, place cubes on rimmed baking sheet in middle rack of oven. Bake 30-35 minutes, stirring a couple times to ensure even browning.
Other suggested oils to use: Tuscan Herb, Fused Rosemary, Fused Sage, Fused Oregano
