Ingredients
3 Tbs heavy cream
3 Tbs Espresso Dark Balsamic Vinegar
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 Tbs unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup walnuts or pecans (optional)
1/4 tsp sea salt
Directions:
Butter 8×8″ or 9×9″ baking dish. Line with parchment paper that overhangs on the two sides.
In double boiler, add cream, balsamic, chocolate chips, butter pieces and vanilla. Set over gently simmering water, stirring until melted and smooth. Add nuts, if desired.
Pour into pan. Allow to cool to room temperature. Cut into squares. Sprinkle with sea salt – lightly.
