Ingredients

  • 2 Tbs Sage Infused Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Butter Olive Oil
  • 12oz button mushrooms
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • salt & pepper
  • finely chopped parsley 

Directions:

Heat the two olive oils in a large skillet on med. heat. Add mushrooms and garlic. Saute a few minutes, stirring. Sprinkle mushrooms with a little salt, cover with a lid and continue cooking for another two minutes.

Remove lid after mushrooms have released their moisture and saute for another 3-5 minutes on med/high heat.

Season with salt & pepper to taste. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
