Ingredients

1 small sprig of mint

2 slices of lime

4-6 raspberries

2 Tbs Wild Cascadian Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar

2 oz rum (4 Tbs)

2 oz club soda (4 Tbs)

 

 

Directions:

Muddle leaves, lime slices, raspberries and balsamic together in a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add the rum; cover and shake until chilled. Pour entire contents in large glass and top with club soda. Garnish with raspberry and mint.
