Meet Bill & Jo Anne

My husband, Bill, and I have had an obsession with premium olive oils and balsamic vinegars since visiting a tasting room in Naples, FL years ago.  Whenever traveling there and to big cities, we scoped out shops that carry them.  Finally, we decided that we wanted to offer locals in our area the finest oils and balsamic vinegars.  

The location of our shop, Olive You, is located in a 100+ year old barn in rural Northeast Pennsylvania.  Once housing our paint & sip studio (The Next Picasso), the old barn is now taking on a new look.  We welcome visitors from near and far to sample 46 different oils and balsamic, and perhaps start their own obsessions!  We want to teach you how to use the products in your kitchen.  You can cook with them, bake, make drinks, salads and fancy dishes.  We also carry beauty products made with olive oil, sea salts, olives, and some other treats.  Please come in to add some flavor to your life!
