Party 1 : The ABCs of EVOO & Balsamic Vinegar

Experience the incredible taste and quality of our Ultra Premium extra virgin olive oils and learn of their health benefits. They are sourced fresh from award winning producers worldwide. Our balsamic vinegars are sourced from the Province of Modena, Italy. We’ll discuss cooking applications and provide recipe ideas for both the oils and vinegars. You will experience a unique and diverse selection of flavors and intensities with our balsamic vinegars – from crisp, light and tart to dark, dense and rich. With hundreds of superb flavor combinations, we can help you find some perfect pairings.

Party 2 : Salad and More

We have all the fixin’s for a nice salad. You will create the dressing of your choice after tasting many EVOOs and balsamic vinegars. Included is a fruit shrub and Italian bread with our own dipping oil. And finally to top it all off is a dish of vanilla bean ice cream with your choice of a balsamic topping.

Party 3 : Marinades and More

Oh, the many marinades you can make using our huge selection of EVOOs and balsamic vinegars! You’ll be able to taste some shrimp, chicken and pork dishes – all marinated in interesting combinations of oils and vinegars. Included are seasonal roasted vegetables and a dessert. You will go home with recipes and hopefully a love of EVOOs and balsamics!
