Ingredients

2 lbs beef round steak, cut into very thin s strips across the grain

1/4 cup soy sauce

3 Tbs Traditional Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tbs liquid smoke

2 tsp salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp hot red chili flakes, optional

 

Directions:

Place beef strips in bottom of large bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix to assure the meat is evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight. Remove meat from bowl and arrange strips on the trays of dehydrator and dry at the highest setting until done to your liking, at least 4 hours.  Store in airtight container or resealable bags.
