Ingredients

3 & 1/3 cups AP flour

4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt

6 eggs

1 cup Persian Lime Olive Oil

1 cup sugar

1 cup whole milk

juice and zest of 2 limes

2 tsp vanilla extract

powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:

Coat bundt pan with mild olive oil and dust with flour. Sift flour, baking powder and salt in bowl. Set aside. Beat sugar, eggs and olive oil in another bowl on low speed until well combined, about 3 minutes. Add milk, vanilla, lime zest and juice. Mix until well blended. Slowly add flour mixture, scraping bottom of bowl occasionally. Pour into bundt pan. Bake at 350 until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean, about 35-40 minutes.  Let cool in pan 10 minutes. Gently remove from pan. Dust with powdered sugar beforeserving.
